Leadership Team

Jen leads Production at Drawbridge Digital with the perspective of someone who has spent her career behind the lens.

As a commercial photographer working with some of the world’s biggest brands, she learned that great content is equal parts vision and execution. Drawbridge Digital emerged in part from her desire to bring those worlds together — pairing creative depth with the operational excellence today’s teams demand.

Jen is a proud Duke Blue Devil and multi generational volunteer puppy raiser of service dogs for Canine Companions.

Reid is an engineer and US Army veteran who leads engineering and operations at Drawbridge Digital.

He architects and builds the technology that powers our clients' content operations. His work runs quietly in the background at some of the largest sports teams, leagues, and entertainment organizations in the world.

Reid thinks deeply about how technology should serve creative work, not complicate it. That philosophy shapes everything the team builds.
